I did bad to this week missouri hurt me too.

    They came through! Nice play

Louisville either! I took a leap of faith on Ark State and Iowa State, so losing those games don’t bother me too much. But Mizzou playing like garbage coming off a confidence boosting 58 – 0 win, and Louisville losing to the team they should have had circled since the beginning of the year? Very annoying losses. At least you were on Tech!

Wow…can’t believe mizzo decided to play like dogs.

Hey Dave, I’m with you, I’m all over the owls like white on Rice!

i like all ur picks especially that lousville -14 but i would not bet a penny against texas the spread is only 3 1/2 now texas tech can’t stop colt mccoy and texas d is on point so i see texas taking this one not to easy but they will win

  • kingsrule41 said:

Texas is just a flat out better team than Kansas, so I am not getting too comfortable with my Tech pick. I do agree with you though; Tech can come up with a stop every now and then, which is hopefully all they need.

Oklahoma’s defense has looked a bit shaky lately, albeit against good offensive teams. I do believe Oklahoma will score plenty, but I wasn’t so sure that Nebraska wouldn’t. I think the line is very good; I see it being a 21 to 24 point Oklahoa victory, so could see the bet go either way.

  • ShawnVanAngle said:

I seen something sat. …that texas tech defense ain’t that bad…they got some big fast linebackers and the secondary was confusing a very good QB in Todd Reesing..lets go get the money.

  • denvergator said:

who do you like in the nebraska/oklahoma game? the line is OK -22. Do you think OK scores their normal 7 td’s….or is this closer because its a rivalry?

  • kingsrule41 said:

    My pleasure thanks for watching!

The problem is these OVER #s are so insanely high. Yes, I can easily see both teams in the 40s and 50s in these games, but at the same time, all it takes is one long-7-min-clock-eating-drive or a few FGs instead of TDs to ruin the pace and ruin the over. They aren’t terrible plays, it just scares me to bet an over that I need over 11 TDs to cover, even if 11 TDs seems likely.

  • kingsrule41 said:

Thanks for the heads up… but this is one of those picks that I expect them to be so fired up to destroy Syracuse I would take their practice team -14.0. Revenge is a very big deal in college football. Good info though, thanks for sharing!

USC IS a great team, though I do agree their competition is nowhere close to those other teams and they don’t deserve their high ranking. I don’t “keep picking them”, this is only my 3rd time on them this year I believe. I really like Tulsa -7 but was scared to play it… Tulsa’s D is not very good and Arkansas will likely shootout with them. I think Tulsa is the right side, just could see it being a close game (think SMU). Good luck!

    thanks for the tips dave.

dave u mention rice /utep scoring alot ……….u like the over……….and how about the over in Texas/tech game…….Texas defense is solid that scares me

  • worsecards said:

Louiville’s best reciever got hurt in tuesday’s practice and their fucked his wrist up earlier in the month. just a heads up.

  • pmbyford said:

What do you think about the Tulsa-7/ Arkansas game?? How can you keep picking USC?? USC is not that great, the teams they play are a joke compared to Big 12 or SEC, even the Big 10, why is it that USC always gets better rankings then them other 1 loss teams?…

  • kingsrule41 said:

UConn did beat Baylor, who has a pretty solid mobile QB…

I wouldn’t bet against your team here. WVU could definitely build on the Auburn win and Pat White’s return, but they have played their last 4 games at home and this is only their 3rd game on the road (0 – 2 so far), and UConn is pretty tough this year. WVU could definitely roll, but I wouldn’t be shocked to see UConn finally beat’em, either. Good luck!

  • phels97 said:

Uconn fan here, but I think WVU should roll over them this weekend. Uconn has always had trouble with a mobil QB. Any thoughts on WVU -4?

  • kingsrule41 said:

Texas/Tech is VERY tough. This is actually the first time this year I’m guilty of just going with my gut feeling. I have such a strong feeling Tech wins here and didn’t want to go against myself. Don’t blame anyone for passing on this one!

  • buckeyes4949 said:

I like the usc game too. The Texas & Texas Tech is tough
